Gat Rimon Loving.

This is a designer who I became familiar with about this time last year when I was working in a fashion boutique. As part of my work experiencs, I carried out a SWOT analysis of lots of boutiques around London. One of my favourites is a little shop in Hoxton called the Hoxton Boutique. It stocks Gat Rimon's work and whenever I go there I want a hundred things.

His collection is always really feminine and quite subtle and easy to wear but the quality and finish to the garments is really beautiful. The colour palette that he uses and silhouettes work so nicely together and alot of the pieces in his collections are like really amazing staple pieces for a wardrobe.

This is the Spring/Summer 2011 collection.....

Gary Pepper Vintage

I have a bit of a style crush on this fashion blogger, her clothes and styles are amazing, I want alot of her clothes. I came across her blog after I bought 'style diaries'. There is a little section on loads of different bloggers and i really liked this girl's stuff in particular. Her blogsite is garypeppervintage.blogspot.com.

She is based in Sydney in Australia and owns her own boutique. There is also a website which is garypeppervintage.com which sells loads of amazing vintage garments, the only problem is the shipping costs and time from Australia, and also, all of the good stuff is always already sold, which I hate. It's like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey....not that i'm a donkey or anything but it just isn't fair!

Spindle Magazine

I randomly stumbled upon this magazine which is always nice. I really love the layout and the way in which alot of the pages use photography collaged with illustration. It is a really fun, fresh and vibrant magazine filled with quirky imagery and interesting articles and interviews. It is really different from the usual magazines, in that it is about helping and promoting emerging designers, artists and musicians. I found the whole thing a real pleasure to read and love just how different it is to anything else out there, it has a really individual style.
Here are some of the pages which I particularly liked....
